My self-petition NIW was approved and I am going to submit I485. I have wife and a minor as dependents. Ccan someone help me with the following questions?
1. Do I need to submit employer letter? My 140 was not employer-petition.
2. Other than 485, what forms do I need to submit?
3. I have no Birth Cert. But have Notary Letters. are these enough? People from china usually donot have original Birth Cert.
4. It seems to me there is no requirements in 485 for Tax Return Evidence. Do I have to submit these documents. If so, how many years?
5. Do I have to sumit pay tub?
