I\'m waiting for my 140 approval, in mean time I would like to know what are the things required to file for 485 APART from Medical and Birth Certs.

Spouse: F1->H1, but do not have current pay stubs. Do they ask for spouses pay stubs? Actually spouse is laid off and trying to apply H1 transfer to a friends company.
