What do I need to reply Birth Certificate RFE? I would like to be prepared as most of us are getting BC rfe.
About my BC : I have a BC but that's in my mother tongue(not English). Along with 485 application, I had submitted photocopy of BC and two affidavits (one from my parents and one from my uncle). I also submitted a notarized letter from my friend stating the translation of my BC in English. If I get rfe for BC, what documents would I need to submit?
About my wife's BC : She doesn't have a BC. With 485, we submitted two affidavits (one from her parents and one from her uncle). What documents would I need for her?
