Hi Guys,

Today I called NSC customer service and the customer representative gave me very good response.I told them eventhough my dates are current and didn't see any updates on my case.She said everything looks fine.The case has to be reviewed by officer before approval.She said if I don't see any reponse in next 4 weeks she asked me to call back customer service again.I particularly asked her did my name check got cleared.She said everything looks fine.Is it a good sign?.

Please let me know your opinions and thoughts.

Yes. I think you are almost there.
When a customer rep takes a while to look into your case, he is actually going thru different web pages and the fact he asked you to call back in 4 weeks, is very promising.
If it's stuck in name check some reps are willing to reveal some are not.
And one more funny thing with these reps is, one day they tell you the case status and one day they will not and wise woman reps are more friendly than men.
BTW, I just called, mien still stuck in NC.
 
how we can reash a custumer rep?

wich number did u call to speak with a custumer rep?
i spoke last week with a leady she said that she doesnt have any details!!
