Today I rush again, to the mailbox looking for my RFI letter......I found nothing....according to USCIS my RFI was sent July 23.......I got my G325 and my phisycall examination done ready to send. May I send those papers without actually receiving the letter?
Do they ask to send the RI back to them or are they asking for an specific code or number?

Just wait till you get the RFI. The RFI has a bar code on it and you are supposed to put it on top of your response..that way they do not "open" any of your responses but SCAN it say that they have received it.

The last thing you want to do is confuse the already-confused USCIS..Wait for the RFI letter...Just to let you know, when USCIS says "sent it", it just means that it was prepared to be sent. For example, last year I got an email on September 16th that it was approved and sent..but I didn't get the actual RTD in hand until OCTOBER 01.

SO be patient..I know hard to take my advice since I am impatient myself for BIOMETRICS request but at least you got somethign to call USCIS about..IF i call they say We are processing 12/99 cases so call in 2 years..go figure..

What do you mean "on top of your response" do you mean on the TOP of the envelope or where? Is there any instruction on the notice.
Thank you ,I am in the same boat on this.

I agree with wantmygcnow - DO NOT send the medical results without the RFI letter attached to it. It is vital that you include this letter with the package you send to NSC.

As always - I advise folks to send any correspondence with NSC via US registered mail. This provides proof the package was delivered as well as who signed for it.

Also, it takes as long as 10 days for you to get something from NSC once they send the e-mail. They sometimes update your file but mail documents out a day or two later, AND they use the cheapest form of mail (4th rate or something like that).

Good luck and please keep us posted. You should be getting the RFI soon.
