What do you mean by System Check my RD 10/31/01

My Details are:-

MD:10/30/01
RD: 10/31/01
ND: 12/04/01
AD: ?

Today May 1st 2003 both mine and my wife's H1 and H4 beyond 6yrs got approved.

My Lawyer sent me an email this afternoon stating that she called VSC at 1:00 PM and by the way every INS/BICS case has to go through system verification check and currently they are doing a system check on mine and my wife's cases. But did not definitely tell me how long does the check's take. Can someone please explain me what is this check all about? After this process how long does BICS/INS takes to make a decision on the case.

I would really appreciate if someone can reply.

I believe it's the security check. FBI has to confirm in written that your name and your dependents' names do not match the list of criminals.

What is the time frame we are looking forward with this System Check process. Just now my lawyer sent me an email stating it might take 1 to 2 months.

Is that Correct?

they are doing a securrity check on my
1-H1 (RD 8/29/2002) not approved yet
2-EAD (RD 11/18/2002) not approved yet
3-I485 (RD 12/23/2001)

it might take more than a year , i think they do a FBI and CIA check , biscally im in a fucked up case
