All,
Here is my situation.
#1) I am going to get my US citizenship a month from now (if all goes OK).
#2) I married a Canadian citizenship in 2003. She is with me now and also has a I120 student visa. (Because she is Canadian, she got a stamp on her I120 at the airport itself and did not have to go to the US embassy in Canada)
#3) I have file taxes as married and for my passport application also put her down as my spouse.
Assuming all goes well and I get my passport, I want to know how do I get the ball rolling to get her a GC. (I have looked through the board for a similiar cases but have not found any). Thanks in advance to all who respond !!
