Wow, what a diwali gift!!! The email says "My case has been Approved". So I check the website and then dial into the automated system, not believing its happening. But I guess the 485 has been approved.

What do I do now??? :) I have gotten so addicted to logging into online case status check and monitoring the IM for mails from USCIS. Well, I guess I will hang around for a while and then move on to "Life after GC" forum. ;) Cannot give up on this website you know. It has been such a great source of information and inspiration. More than one time, the resources available have rescued me from the blunders of the HR Dept and the attorney's. Please keep it up, together we will prevail.

Thanks Mr. Khanna - I earnestly feel that you should seriously think about running for Senate/House. 4 - 5 years from now, you will have enough supporters (if they are not there already) and you can keep up with the good work armed with extra powers.

did your lud chaged before approval.My rfe was received on 11/4 and rfe changed on 11/10 and 11/11. Just curious if your lud changed at all before approval.

Could you please let us know, LUDs after the USCIS recd the RFE reply? becuase my RFE Response date is same as yours.

Thanks all for the good wishes. My Lud changed on 11/4 after CIS received the docs. The message changed to - Docs received etc. The LUD again changed on 11/8 without any message change. Finally, it changed on 11/12 with the approval message. The RFE was standard for EVL, IT returns etc. The approval came within 10 days of they receiving the RFE reply.
