Hi,
My case details are as follows:
EB3 India/245-I
April 30,2001:Applied for Labor Certification
May 26,2005:Labor Certification Approved
July 3,2005 :Applied for I-140
October 19,2005:I-140 Approved
(Could not apply for I-485 concurrently as EB3 was unavailable in July 2005 & my priority date only became current in January 2007)
January 10,2007: Applied for I-485 at NSC
May 27,2007: RFE on I-485
June 24,2007:Replied to RFE.We submitted every document we were asked for
July 16,2007: Case transferred to San Francisco Local Office.(We lived &worked in Los Angeles at that time)
January 4,2008:Filed AR-11 from Los Angeles to San Jose.We also updated the new address at the San Francisco Local Office personally.
February 4,2008:File transferred to NBC/NRC(San Francisco Local Office said it was a mistake)
March 7,2008:File transferred to Los Angeles Local Office(Again a mistake)
April 6,2008: File transferred to San Jose Local Office
June 4,2008: Interview at San Jose Local Office(We were told after the interview that the officer could not understand as to why our case was transferred for an interview. It should have been adjudicated at NSC as employment based cases are not supposed to have an interview.Any ways he was going to get in touch with the officer who transferred the case to verify & then he would be able to adjudicate the case.He promised to do so within 15 days,but nothing yet)
July 1,2008: EB3 unavailable(July 2005-DEJA VU)
Is there a way to get in touch with the officer & get this approved before June 30,2008?
Please advise ASAP
