What Determines EB2 category ?

Hello friends.
I am in some sort of dilemma. I am working for a large scale company and my lawyers would be filling for my PERM very soon.
I am post graduate (MBA) and have 14 years of progressive experience. My job requirement for the current position had a pre-requisite of 7-10 years of experience and MBA Preferred (not necessity). It’s a System Architecture position. I am sure that I don’t need Business necessity justification for the above said position (though my lawyer is requesting one)
So...
a) Can somebody guide me which SOC O*NET code it falls in (how to determine it).
b) Can this position be considered to be in EB2 category?
c) How can one make sure that this is filed as EB2 case?

I will appreciate your help and I am sure this may be questions with lot of us.

If the position (job Opportunity) calls for Masters Degree OR Bachelors Degree plus 5 years Progressive work experience, then it is EB2, otherwise it is EB3. Go to http://online.onetcenter.org/, then look for your occupation its SOC code, degree requirement and SVP Range
