Please help me come up to speed in the world of I-485.
On the I-485 filing Notice (I797C)there are two dates:
Received date (which in my case is 8/30/01) &
Notice date (which in my case is 11/1/2001)
Which one of these should I be using to track the progress of I-485 approvals? My receipt number is EAC-02-027-xxxxx. Does that indicate when my case is likely to be approved?
