Hi All,
I have received my AP though as my H visa is still valid (till Feb 2004), I am planning on entering on H while coming back from my international travel. My question is:
1. What date would the immigration officer put on our I-94s when we re-enter using H visa? Feb 2004?
2. If the date on I-94 is Feb 2004, and we DO NOT extend our H visas after that date, instead prefering to stay on "Pending AOS", what paperwork would we have to do? I have read that u need to go to entry port or BCIS Office and ask for a new I-94?
3. Does one still gets an I-94 when entering on AP? What is the legal date till which one can stay in US while entering on AP?
