I just checked the USCIS web site and it says that a RFE has been issued on my 485 on 10/28.
My 140 LUD is 10/26 and 485 LUD is initially 10/26, then 10/27 and now 10/29. No change in 140 status (still says "taking 360-360 days ..."). 485 status says "RFE mailed ..."
Why would they issue a 485 RFE without doing anything to 140? Does that mean they didn't find any problem with 140? Or they issued an RFE that covers both 140 and 485 (like pay stubs, etc.)?
Can anyone with similar experience share their thoughts?
