Hi all,
Would like to ask any experts here who knows about the intricacies of the immigration visa (IV) application. I would refer to the website: http://www.immihelp.org/gc/consular/refusal.html which basically states all the reasons that CP would use to reject an applicant's IV application.
The question I have is: What are the cases that may amount to fraud/misrepresentation? On what grounds can the consulate office reject you based on fraud/misrepresentation?
If for example, an employer screws up the job offer letter several times by not matching the offered salary with the filing wage in its labor certificate, would the consulate reject the application based on fraud/misrepresentation? Should I demand for hard evidence if yes?
I, the applicant, am trapped in the middle now as I can't get the employer to talk to my local consulate, the employer could NOT get the job offer letter right (Don't ask me why, I'm am equally perplexed) and I've been in and out of my consulate office thrice as a result of that.
Anyone heard of people being rejected of their IV application based on similar circumstances? Any experts??
Please help!!!
