what category of my I 140 is?

Hi, all. My attorney filed two I 140 petitions for me. He told me one was the first preference (alien with extraordinary ability),
   another one is the second preference (NIW). I got one approved. The notification only says: Sec.203 (b) (2) (Mem of Profession
   w/Adv Deg, or of Exceptn\'l Ability). I would appreciated if anybody tell me what category it should be? EB1 or EB2? Thanks.

Hi BC Looks like u applied for NIW (MD working in MUA/HPSA)if this is true than it is EB2 Congratulations on approval can u please post ur details like ctr,ND AD etc

The problem is that another petition of mine, it apparently is of NIW, has been asked for supporting evidence(RD:11/1/01, ND:11/14/01,RFE: 12/18/01) and I did not response to INS. My attorney also has no idea what category of my approved I 140! Could I have a approach to check it out? If it is EB1, what it would say in the Notice of Action? Thanks. BC
