What can I do to my damn lawyer?

The same lawyer did my H-1, RIR and I-140 and all were approved at VSC, but two years ago he sent my I-485 to TSC by his mistake. After I found it out I informed him, but all I was told was wait, wait and wait. The case has been pending with TSC for more than two years. Can I sue this damn lawyer? What are my other options? He has to pay for his mistake. Thanks.
 
why didn\'t you reapply to the correct center, you can do on your own.

after two year how did you suddenly wake up? were you sleeping the
entire time? you can always file another one and let the first one
disappear.
 
But I have paid $5000 for the service

The lawyer already cashed $5000 from my account. I am not sure if I can get the money back if I fire him. Anyway thanks for your suggestion.

Maybe you should get a psychic and not a lawyer then!!!.

All jokes aside, I think you should atleast take a second opinion from another lawyer. The second lawyer will be able to tell you whther you have other options or not
