I-140 for National Interest Waiver got rejected Feb/2002, petition been sent to Administrative Appeals Office for review in May/2002.
Haven't heard from INS since, so pissed off.
are there anything I can do now? I hate just wait. My lawyer does nothing except collecting money, whenever I ask him, he says there is nothing to do.
Please help, if I decide to do with outstanding status, can I do it now? This time I will do it myself, anywhere I can get help?
