What can I do now?

I just learned my case is still pending because the name check has not been completed.

I emailed the FBI back in November, but have not heard from them yet. Can lawyers contact the FBI to request expedition of the name check process?

I do not know what to do now; I'm fearing this willl drag on forever...

How do you know your name check is still pending? Did you get the letter from TSC?

Same situation here May 2002 name check pending, I think the only ones that can request an expedite is TSC, but in order to do that your case has to be consider an expedite too, hopefully our name checks will be cleared soon, good luck
