My employer has got pre-approved Labor certification. Can I use that for me? If I can, what are the requirements need to match? Anybody have experience on this??

I have used a pre-approved LC about 11/2000. My lawyer asked me a
employment letter from my former employer(because I have worked since
1997). And 1-140 is approved after 3 weeks, I got I-485 approved on
12/2001. You can used the LC with your lawyer\'s help.
