What are the reasons for such low cutoff even having more selectee?

i want a open discussion about the such slow movement of Cuttoff.. i want all the genuine help from u all genius,,, please
 
If you find my post, I have showed that previously there were months of small increases. Usually those months were followed by months of higher than average increases. I predict that next bulletin will be very favorable and we'll all celebrate that numbers are rising so quickly.

There is a very good chance that the government shutdown created a delay and is the reason for this month's disappointment. I think that this was just a bump in the road and we'll all be pleasantly surprised by quick rise in numbers in the upcoming months. We are still at a higher level than we were last year at this time. Expect for things to pick up very quickly. However, if next month will be another huge disappointment, then I am wrong and things will start looking awfully bad. Next month will be very important to see what our fate looks like.
 
thank u for ur view i too hope some real big increase from next month but I want to know why asia is moving slower than previous year as i have high case number of 13### i am worried I may not get interview

AS 13k is not big at all - you'll be fine.

I'm sitting here a bit stunned as I find myself agreeing with everything Pitbull said. It shouldn't be a surprise because I have made all those points already, but still I am a little breathless that he didn't add some crazy crap or anything nasty. Has Pitbill been neutered?

Haha Iam a regular follower of the forum and now decided to post myself some question so i did thank alot britsimon i agree u have a lot knowledge about DV and also pitbull many thanks... lets create a good discusion and focus on the topic guys rather than kidding something thank u all still iam shaky about my chances as i am from Nepal which has high selectee
