Not much information is given by USCIS on EB-2 exceptional Science category. No information is given by USCIS as to how the job minimum requirement on the labor pertition should be. I think that if the minimum requirement for the job is a master's degree, then no need to go for exceptional science( Not requiring national interest waiver). On the other hand if the job minimum requirement is a bachelor's but you think that you have all the qualifications set by USCIS that makes you exceptional (science, business, arts), I think you can go for it.
