what are the implications if we choose cp in 140 and file concurent i-485 and i-140

  • you can not file i-485 if you coose cp option in I-140

what are the implications if we choose cp in 140 and file concurent i-485 and i-140

Can we still get EAD and continue i-485 process until i-140 approved ?

Will it create any problem for CP process after filing i-834 (I know at that point I-485 process will stop ?
