Can we still get EAD and continue i-485 process until i-140 approved ?

Will it create any problem for CP process after filing i-834 (I know at that point I-485 process will stop ?

Filing an I-485 voids the selection of CP on the I-140. INS will not process both. I suppose that you could file an I-140 and I-485 simulatneously and then file an I-824 when the I-140 is approved. That's just a guess though and this is so new the mechanics and specifics of how anything related to the concurrent filings will work is unclear.
