What are the documents required to visit india on AP

I am primary and Spouse on H1 while visiting India what are the documents required. Is there any requirement of paystubs of spouse also.

Need to take the Advance Parole Papers.

Hi,
You need to take the AP Papers and all the H1 originals and AOS receipt and your EAD. These are the papers that I took. But at the Port of Entry they only looked at the AP papers(Advance Parole) and stamped them and the Passport. No you don\'t need to take pay stubs. They asked me questions like for whom I was working for. It is simple and straight-forward.

There are some people who are asked to give a secondary INS interview. They are asked to prove that they are still employed. Hvae your boss\'s and lawyer\'s cell nos handy in case its a holiday.
