While I wait for my I485 processing I was wondering what kind of RFE people have been getting? In addition to the required forms I subbmited:
My 140 approval, receit notice and transfer notice (went from CSC to TSC)
copy of ALL pages of my passports (both recent and a previous cancelled one) showing all visas, stamps, etc proving my legal status in the US for the past 13 years
Translated BCertificate
Employmente letter showing I've been with the university since 1997 (the form only asks for the past 5 years of employment history so I believe I should be fine)
3 most recent pay checks
3 most recent W2
3 last copy of tax filing
all my H1b related approvals notices, EAD card (for when I did F1 practical training), I-20
my concerns:
I wrote on my photographs with a pen and theapplication says "write with pencil"
I arrived here in 1993 in one university (had an I-20 for that university); then I transferred to another university in 1995 and got a new I-20. My F1 stamp says the first university, but the I-20 I submitted only shows the second university; at the time I couldn't find a copy of my first I-20.
Can't think of any other reason for a possible RFE!
