Hi All,
I am an employee in an IT based company and my lawyer just applied for my H1-B visa. I do not have a computer degree yet but I am pursuing my masters degree in Computer Science. They evaluated me as minor in computer science and my lawyer attached the evaluation documents with my case. He, however did not mention in the job requirements that a computers degree (BS or MS) is required for this job.
My question is that what is the possibility of getting an H1 approved in this case / What are my chances ?
