What are the chances to get approved in December?

My PD will be current on Dec 1st and I am sure there are many who will be current on Dec 1st.
My questions:
1. What are the chances that 485 will be approved (or even touched) for people with their PD current on Dec 1st? What could be possible hurdles other than 'Namecheck' ?
2. Do we need to contact USCIS with infopass appointment after Dec 1st to find the status OR just wait-n-watch?

Any recommendations, ideas, speculations.....??? :rolleyes:

I -140 APPROVED – 11/01/2005
Biometrics Done – 02/11/2006
I-485 LUD – 08/19/2006
I-485 APPROVAL – Still Waiting!!!

find out if your namecheck cleared by calling Service Center?

If your namecheck cleared, then you should receive approval in the month of Dec!
If not, roughly about 2-3 years , it takes for namecheck to clear...if get stuck in the black hole!
