I filed I-485 on 02/2002 from company "A" while working for company "B" ( I worked for company A when labor was filed). Then I joined company "C" with EAD and moved my GC to company C using AC21. I'm still working with company C for last 3+ year. Had done 3 FPs and 5 EAD/AP renewals. My case is pending with San Jose local office for about 2 years. Despite of many enquiries by Congressman, my attorny and myself ( thru InfoPass appointment), I never could find out reason for the delay. Evertime response from INS was "your case is under detailed review".
It is about 5 years since I filed my I-485 and still waiting without even knowing the reason of delay. Is there anything I can do to get I-485 approved?
