4 APs and 3 EADs, 4th EAD in process.

There has been no news since USCIS received the reply to our RFEs (pay stubs, prior status for wife, and reason for not registering in Special Registration - AP entry).

It has been more than 60 days since USCIS received the RFE response. I had called about 4 weeks ago to initiate a status inquiry. No change in application status.

What are my options at this point?

Your case alive because u received RFE.

were u acknowledged by online status that they received ur RFE if yes. then wait..............

it seems u are from Special registration country.

and they need some extra sec/check bg/check


sit tight and pray.
