Hi, a friend of mine is coming to the US on holiday with my family in a few weeks, now none of us have any criminal convictions etc so we didnt need to apply for any visa, we would be under the visa waiver program but i read something about arrests not just convictions and my friend mentioned he got arrested last year for something silly and was never convicted, charged or even given a warning, it was over in a couple of hours. now what are his chances of getting refused entry, do they have that kind of information?,
