What are all required for pp stamping?

I am planning to go to stamping in DETROIT..Please somebody adivise.what are all documents/photogrpahs required for PP stamping.? I am hearing that even some people are not asked to go for Stamping..as they are getting plastic card within 3 weeks....is it true? do i need to take all Old AP's and EAD'S too?

2. All EADs
3. 2 ADIT Photos. Write your full name and A# behind the photos in pencil
4. Passports with pages available for the stamp. Passport should be valid for atleast 6 months.
5. Courtesy/Original copy of the Approval notice.
