What after I-765 ??

Did fingerprints and Bio in July, have my EAD. Now, they're saying up to 90 days for I-130, it's been more than 100. Just want to see if it's normal... Also, when and who give the result of the name check ? (The name check is asked by the INS right ? not by me right ?)

Where have yu been? Long time no see.
I130 and I485 gets approved together, at the time of interview. You don't have to do anything about name check. INS will send your info to FBI for Name Check. You just have to wait and be ready for your interview.
