What after I-485 approved? Pls help

I know that I have to get I-551 stamp, but don't know how to?. Can any one help me the procedure after getting approval emails. I really appreciate.

Try getting an appointment through infopass, if available for your area. If not, get up early and stand in line at local CIS field office. Bring approval notice, 2 photos and passport.

Now InfoPass is available to all centers, according to www.uscis.gov. In LA area it takes at least 10 days to get an appointment. In many other districts, one can get InfoPass appointment for next day.
