I have filled for my I485/I140 concurrently with TSC. I have also applied for my EAD and AP on Sep8,2003.
I was looking at the process timing published by TSC on Dec 8th,2003, which reports that they are processing Sept 8th.
I checked the online status and no status chage.
We finished our fingerprinting Dec 5th.
How long does it take before the status is updated. I am guessing they are waiting on my I-140 or Finger Printing to be approved.
