What action to be taken if not received approval notice..?

Filed I-536 for H4 extension.Application was approved on June 23rd 03.
Received approval notice to my old address and was returned back by postoffice to INS.I have updated to INS with my new address.Filed in AR-11 and called INS toll free for address change.Asked them to resend approval notice.Never got any response.Does anyone know what to do..?Did anyone had this kind of situation.
I-94 is expired, and will be one year by Jan 04 .Help needed ASAP.
