My ND is 4/16/02, FP 05/03, and I just received my second FP (will be done next Tue). My wife (who received everything until now, in the same time as my paperwork) did not received her second FP (she is the dependent). My inquiry at the 800 number, of course, was not answered satisfactorily "We cannot guarantee that she receives everything in the same time as yours", was the reply.
I was hoping for approval, not FP.....
