Hi folks,

Did anybody call IIO today? I have been on hold from 7:55AM till 10:13AM this morning to speak to an IIO... Finally got frustrated and put off the phone. Anybody has similar experience? I know we may not get the line at all. But after getting the line such an inordinate delay in getting thru an IIO!!! Its high time somebody had taken drastic meassures to improve services from this centre.

Last week I waited for about 45 Minutes after getting connected but waiting for IIO and listening to music, finally I hung up.

Today surprisingly I was able to talk to IIO with in 10 minutes, this is around 8:30AM...
