One of my friends will get a RFE on his NIW case. He did not get RFE in I-140 approval and have not changed job at all during the whole process, single, plus always keep legal immigration status. Anyone can give any idea about what the RFE may request? I know many friends in companies get RFEs for EVL, W-2 and tax return info, but NIW may be different. Anyone has such experience please post what are included in your RFE requests if you are also NIW case and also got RFE in I-485 period.
