What a relief!!! ND 08/31/00 is approved.

RD:08/10/00 ND:08/31/00. No RFE. Called IIO twice. First call was made six weeks ago. I was told that my case was pending. IIO did not reveal the reason. Only God Knows why my case was pending.( As per my attorney delay may be due to CIA check ). Second Time 10 days ago. IIO told that my case was in the adjudication department.
What a relief!!! I am not in a mood to celebrate. I hope it gives some relief to others whose case been pending for a while.
 
Yes !!!

My case is approved for CP even though I have n\'t requested for it.
As per my attorney CIA check is the reason for delay.
