My attorney recently received an RFE to submit an updated employment verification letter including the following data:
Date of hire, duties, salary, and prospects for continued employment.
For a short-while now I am working on a short-term contract thru a different agency using my EAD since my sponsoree consulting company didn't find anything for me. Now that company does not want to give a letter to me. The attorney also belongs to the company. I have a contract letter of my present employment.
What should I do? What is the best to get OK from BCIS?
Please help!!!!!!!!
