Apporved for me and wife on 04/14/2003
RFE was about employment letter and Birth Certificate non-availability for me and wife. I have never changed jobs. Company name was changed due to merger, but the comapany attorneys advised not file anything due to the type of merger.
I did not have my name on the BC. We had filed 2 affidavits with the original applications. and not the non-availability certificate.
I filed a letter from local health department of my birthplace that the name of the child cannot be added after the person reaches certain age. The original affidavits and this letter/certificate were enough to clear our cases.
