Opening a new thread as the earlier is old now and the new portfolio concept has come in.
My portfolio still shows the same date as when they received my RFE. I am starting this thread to explore the options for cases who have valid FP (1st /2nd /3rd) and RFE reply recevied by UCSIS after Oct 03 till Feb 04.
The current trend (feb 04 onwards) shows that if your FP's are valid then USCIS is clearing your case within 10-20 days of replying back your RFE .
But there are a lot of cases like mine who have no update:
RD JUN 02, RFE recvd by USCIS Dec03, FP2 done early Mar 04,

Is there anybody else there with me ?
Has anybody's last update date changed ?

Try this

like me...maybe you can think of GC 24/7 or lead a better life taking care of family and other issues really worth thinking about.
My 2nd fp is not yet reflected even though 2 months have passed.. the msg just mentions rfe received blah..blah...
I will post about my enlightenment about the procedures in a different thread.

I have turned down 2 offers from excellent companies because of the GC and the instability to go with it. Again have got another one. Hopefully will pick it up. Had enough of thinking what will happen if I had GC.

2 FP done 9 months ago message changed to finger recived 8-27-03 yesterday, No RFE. Figure this out.

I am in the same boat

Gambler,

Still waiting....

This is what the USCIS web site says:
"If you received a request for evidence and you responded more than 60 days ago and have not received a decision, please call our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283."

Of course they don't say what next ?. I also contacted my congressman who asked me to wait 30-60 days.
