When i tried ti check the case status online. I'm getting the above message. What should i do to check the case status online
 
Did you run the script?

Did you run the scan script recently?...If not are you trying this from some corporate network thru a proxy WHERE SOMEBODY OTHER THAN YOU RAN THE SCRIPT...... This is typical of execeeding more than 1000 cases from an IP......
 
Try using a diff proxy...

See if you can get a different proxy thru which you can get out to the internet.....
 
It could be a while before you can check again once that happened. If you just want to check your own case status instead of running the script, just use the phone (800#)...otherwise you have to wait for at least 24 hours...
