went to infopass , found that my case is Pre-adjudicated and also name check pending

Today I went to local infopass center(SanJose). First thing looking at my file officer said my name check is pending . Where as my spouse namecheck is done. And he also mentioned my case is pre-adjudicated and close to approval . As soon as name check is done I am going to get approval .

I thought after name check is done then I485 will be pre-adjudicated right. Does any one had dimilar experience.

It has been two years my I485 has filed.

You said u went to San Jose for enquiry, how come they have your file when it is transfered to NSC ?

I went to infopass today at San Jose and found that my name check is still pending. I and my wife had LUD's on May 10th and 11th which made me optimistic but finally another disappointment.

Hi yh_mltr2004,

My case was transfered to NSC on 03/09/2007. I guess lots of cases trasfered at that time. Since originally filed at CSC I guess it is ok to go to San Jose(CSC area) infopass. At least infopass guys did not say anything.
