INS used to work from 7 am to 7 pm previously. BCIS only works from 9 am to 3.30 pm.

Jatinder, on a lighter note, be happy that they are working atleast, who knows what they do though!
Just imagine if BCIS suspends all activities coz the war, or even worse, go on a new management restructuring hibernation ! maybe BCIS is Bush-Cheny's Intended Slowdown
