I received 45 days letter from PBEC.

Letter states among other things that they could not find any evidence of the existence of my employer.

My employer is Verizon and it operates in Philly.

Letter asks for some specific documents and states that in case of a non-reply and incomplete reply, the application will be closed; No exceptions (in Bold and Capital).

The letter is dated Feb 8th. Deadline for reply with documents is Mar 27th. Letter is postmarked Mar 7th!

can you please tell me that which was ur category means RIR or NON RIR?

As mentioned in my signature, it was TR = Traditional Recruitment = Non RIR
