Hello folks,
I've just received an email from the USCIS telling me that a welcome notice has been sent to me. Does it mean that my greencard has been approved? I applied for just two months ago at the Nebraska Service Center.

Thank you

Thank you uncle Joe. Another email was sent to me stating"Card production ordered". To the one who sits upon the most high throne be the glory forever.
By the way here is another question, my NP is still valid, it'll expire in 2011, can I use it to travel to Europe or not?
Thank

Yes it's valid, but be on safe side get yourself a Travel Document(valid for 1 year) or Re-Entry Permit (valid for 2 years). And there's benefit out of it, you don't need a visa to few European countries if you holding Travel Document. I know for sure Germany is a visa free.

Do I have to pay?

I remember it is said that once we asylee apply for green card, we have an opportunity to have a refugee travel document free. I mean the fees are included in the I-485 application right?
Now that I'm no longer an asylee, can I still apply for RTD for free?

Yes, but don't forget to attach the welcome letter or another document. which can proof that you applied after certian date.

Congratulations Bouki!

You are very lucky to get an approval in 2 months!

In 2 weeks, it will be 4 months since I filed my I-485! There has been no updates for a little over 2 months now.
