welcome notice

Hello, i recieved a letter from uscis today it stated i181 creation of record of lawul permanent resident and it says notice type :welcome notice it also say that if ur case is aprove we will mail u a card within 30 days does this mean i have to wait again for another approval
 
i recieved the notice in the mail today i was petition for by my u.s citizen mother i had the interview 2-16-06 of this year in orlando, florida and my case was approved 5-09-06 the notice i recieved today it says i181 creation of record of lawful permanent residence welcome notice it also stated if ur case is been processed if approved we will mail u a permanent resident card from our immigration card facility. i need to know if that is what a welcome notice suppose to state or did they make a mistake on the wording thank u
