Hi all,
Is there anybody in my situation?. We filed our EAD/AP at NSC. On Sep.1, 06 our EAD got approved at NSC and today I got an email from USCIS saying that our I-131(AP) file has been transferred from NSC to VSC. How long it will take for VSC to approve such transferred cases. First of all when the physical file will reach VSC (sent from NSC). One month.. two ... three ??? Any idea????
