Friends, I have some good news After a LONG TIME... My attorney just got the RFE in my case IT IS FOR EMPLOYMENT LETTER.

The RFE was mailed out on Jan17 I checked the AVM yesterday night @ 12:33am and it was updated..."A notice for additional information has been sent out on Jan 17 ...in your case ...... Blah Blah Blaaaaaaaaaa"

Now the question is

1]What company should I ask to provide the letter ? The aquiring company whose name is different than my petitioner and who aquired my division on Jan11 ??

2] My original petioner company who still exist with the same name but dosenot do the type of business I worked for (They still do ecommmerce etc..under the same name ) I have a last pay stub form them for pay period ending Jan 15 .

3] If I give the letter from New aquirer company than will it kick another RFE for I 140 REDO since now THE COMPANY NAME HAS CHANGE ???

I am putting off the plan to change job for atleast now and said to New Employer that IF HE WANTS ME WITHOUT ANY STRINGS ATTACHED THEN WAIT FOR A MONTH OR TWO and he has agreed (This is where God Comes in picture)

Guys please input YOUR BRILLIANT IDEAS....

Once again Thanking you in Anticipation and Appreciation

Strictly speaking, you should get the letter from your new employer. The new employer will also have to mention the successor-in-interest acquisition of your division. However, this will also trigger an I140 redo.

I think the fastest thing to do would be to file an I140 amendment right away and send the receipt of the I140 redo in response to this RFE. This will take an additional 15 days, but will save the extra time that a 2nd RFE would require, which will definitely be triggered if you don\'t send the I140 receipt.

Best luck, again!
